Transferring Software Licences

Question: How can I transfer my software licence to a new computer or user?

Answer: To transfer your software licence to a new computer or user, first deactivate the licence on the old computer (ADD-INS > JIRA > About > Deactivate in MS Project). Then, activate the licence on the new computer.

If the old computer is no longer available, please contact us and provide the relevant user details, such as the user ID and name for the copy to be deactivated. These details can be found on our website in the account linked to the licence. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse the request if we believe that it is not genuine.
