What information we collect and how we acquire it

Registration. When you are creating an account on our website, we collect the following information: your name, e-mail address, company, country and password.

The account can be created through the website itself or as part of signing up for a trial from within our products.

Activation. When you activate a copy of our product on your computer, we record the arbitrary user name you enter and a hash of some parameters of your hardware. That hash cannot be used to reverse-engineer the original hardware parameters.

Support and Other Communications. You may send us information by e-mail, through the support website or by other means of communication for customer support or for other purposes. This information can include, but is not limited to, e-mail contents, electronic documents, screenshots and application log files.

Analytics Information from our Website. We use web cookies to collect analytics information for improving our website. This information may include some personal information, such as your IP address.

Atlassian Marketplace. We DO NOT receive any personal information about you from Atlassian.

How we use your information

Data Retention

We store your data while providing services to you and may retain some or all of it after you cease to be our customer.

Upon a written request, we can remove your account and delete all your data with the exception of the information that we need to keep in order to comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements. We may still retain some of your data in back-up copies for up to one year.

Credit Cards

Credit card payments we collect are processed by our secure PCI-compliant payment service provider. Your credit card details are sent directly from your web browser to the payment provider, and we never have access to them.

Session Cookies

A session cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer or device to facilitate access to the website. The cookies the website creates are used to secure the user's access to their data and optionally allow logging in without entering the password when accessing the website from the same computer. The cookies are encrypted and can only be decrypted by the website back-end.

Ceptah Solutions takes every precaution to protect your information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both online and off-line. The system data transmission is protected by 128/256 bit encryption at all times.

Only authorised Ceptah Solutions staff can access your information to perform specific tasks, such as providing support.

All servers storing your information are kept in a secure data centre environment.
