Question: Can I add more users to my subscription by paying the price difference?

Answer: No, the price for the additional users and the number of users that you can add in a single transaction are the same as for a new subscription. That price is adjusted on pro-rata basis for the remaining subscription period.

When you renew the subscription, you will be able to select a new number of users.

For cost efficiency, it's best to purchase all required user seats at once, as the per-user price decreases with larger packages.
