Answer: Ceptah Bridge is compatible with JIRA Service Desk and can synchronise issues created through Service Desk. It supports a number of Service Desk-specific custom fields, but beyond that, there is no difference between Jira Service Desk and other Atlassian offerings based on the Jira platform as far as Ceptah Bridge is concerned.
