Project Desktop

Being an MS Project add-in, Ceptah Bridge requires the MS Project Desktop application to work. As of 2026, the latter is available as a standalone application and as part of the "Planner and Project Plan 3" subscription.

Ceptah Bridge supports all MS Project versions starting from Microsoft Project 2000.

Jira

You can use Ceptah Bridge with both Jira Cloud and any versions of Jira Server/Data Center.

There is no need to install anything on the server.

While Jira Server is no longer supported by Atlassian, we still provide support for the customers connecting Ceptah Bridge to JIRA Server to the best of our abilities.

Microsoft Project Server, Project Online and Planner

Ceptah Bridge works with projects stored in any version of Microsoft Project Server and in Project Online. It also works with resources from the Global Resource Pool and can synchronise Enterprise fields. You will need Project Professional (Desktop Client) to use Ceptah Bridge with the server products.

As of 2026, Project Professional is included in the "Planner and Project Plan 3" subscription, and is also available as a standalone product.
