Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5 is required for Ceptah Worklog to run. You do not need to install it if you are using Windows 7 as it comes with .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 included. from Microsoft website
Microsoft Access Database Engine Download
If the Worklog installer displays an error message saying that the Microsoft Access Database Engine is missing, please download and install the package. You do not need to install it if you are using Windows XP or Windows 7. from Microsoft website
