After installation the product needs to be activated in the trial or production mode.

Please note that you will need to turn the "Accept remote API calls" option on on your JIRA server (ADMINISTRATION/General Configuration/Options), have permissions to create and edit issues, and make sure that you've specified the correct JIRA profile language in the connection settings of the Bridge.
